Kudomi X16, Japanese technology braided line, 100% PE with 16 spirally twisted fibers. Akami has developed a new manufacturing process by twisting the fibers at a slower rate, but with greater tension, reducing stretch and increasing longevity. The result is an extra strong line with high knot strength, high abrasion resistance and low water absorption. Being hollow, it allows the monofilament to be inserted inside the braid and is an extremely strong connection ideal for fishing for large species.
